Working Against Gravity

| View Show | Create Your Own

“It was the most intense, exhilarating, and yet inspireing workout I’ve experienced in the last year” I told Master Gravity Trainer Anastaijia Galvin.  That was the only comment I could utter in between the massive amounts of sweat my body gave off after a lunch time workout.  They call it Gravity Training-something that works the entire body in 8 progressive angles, while entirely using your core during each movement - abs, back, and center of your body   Sure, I had seen this gravity contraption before - just like you - turn on the TV this Sunday and you’ll see an infomercial featuring actor Chuck Norris and model Christie Brinkley.  But like all the others - I filed it under “don’t buy it, won’t work, will only collect dust in my bedroom, might become an expensive clothes rack.”

But wait!  This actually works-especial the industrial version at Fitness on the Move.  Truthfully, I was quite surprised I couldn’t master this machine and the exercises my instructor was challenging me with during the workout.  Hold on! Let’s back up. I’m a four time a week strength training guy with two intense workout partners and I thought “no problem.”  Little did I know, Gravity helped me discover some missing muscles I had not trained in many years.  Wow!

I realized I was not alone.  After speaking with some members who are taking one or several of the current 15 weekly 1-hour gravity classes, they too spoke in similar words like…”reminds me of two-a-days back in high school…finally, an aerobic and strength workout in the same hour…just what I needed after having my third child.”

So, if your workout needs a change, work against gravity.  Scott Cole, our director of personal training would be more that happy to do a free demo with you.  Contact him at 239-561-1177, x207 or visit http://www.fitonmove.com/gravity_training.html for more information.  Your workouts will be glad you did.
